Amy Brown is an enthusiastic and driven innovator with two decades of successful experience–beginning as a teacher–then as a school and non-profit leader. After graduating from the University of Missouri, she followed her passion and went to graduate school to obtain her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
She then went on to lead several successful innovative educational programs in both South America (Chile) and New York City (Harlem). Through these experiences, Amy developed clear systems and structures (in both English and Spanish languages) that allowed her and key stakeholders to execute strategic visions that equip, educate, and empower young people through authentic and meaningful learning experiences.
Perseverance and empathy are two core values Amy brings to her work, with the aim of inspiring leaders to maximize the impact of their talent.
