Hon. Delbert Scott, Lowry City

Hon. Delbert Scott represented portions of western Missouri in the General Assembly for several years, first as a state representative from 1985 to 2002 and then as a state senator from 2002 to 2010. He currently is the president of Kansas Christian College. He is a former Lowry City Alderman and former president of the Lowry City Chamber of Commerce. The Governor has appointed him for a term ending Sept. 17, 2015. (Lowry City)
