Peggy is a retired business owner & long time advocate for public education and was first appointed to the Commission in September 2014.  She served the Nixa School Board for three decades & during that time she also served on the Missouri School School Boards Association Board of Directors & as a past President. An active member of her community she represented Nixa on the Board of Directors for Mercy Hospital & the Make A Wish Foundation. In her free time she currently serves as the Children's Ministry Curriculum Director at her church. She is a mother of 2, Nana to 6 grands & 3 great-grands plus loves to camp, fish, ready & teach craft classes.  (Nixa)
