Request for Proposal: School Site Visit Coordinator

PURPOSE:

A successful contractor will coordinate the completion of 17 formative reviews, based on the criteria in the Commission’s Annual School Site Visit Protocol for the schools in the Commission’s portfolio. The visits will take place between October and April.

The majority of the visits will be on site and must include observing a board meeting. Some of the visits may be virtual depending on the specific circumstances of the school.

Request for Proposal: City Visit

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from individuals/teams experienced working with charter school authorizers to assist the Missouri Charter Public School Commission in the planning and delivery of a visit to Indianapolis, Indiana in the spring of 2023. The purpose of the multiday visit is to create an opportunity for meaningful dialogue and generate innovative ideas from members of the charter school sector similar to the cities of MCPSC sponsored schools. We anticipate 18-22 participants.

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: CLOSURE COORDINATOR

 

The Missouri Charter Public School Commission is seeking responses to our Request for Qualification for the role of Closure Coordinator, in the event we need this work in the 2023 or 2024 school years.  

The typical scope of work is detailed in the Closure Manual,  Part IV: Closure Plan.  The Closure Coordinator fees are all inclusive (fees, travel and expenses) and are set at $30,000 for a successful completion of a school closure.

School Quality Review for Transfer –Kansas City International Academy

Within 60 days of award, a successful contractor will conduct a summative review, report and feedback, based on the criteria in the Commission’s School Quality Review (SQR) Protocol for Kansas City International Academy (KCIA) a K-8 charter school, which is transferring sponsorship to MCPSC.  

Request for Bids: School Quality Review for Transfer - La Salle Charter School

By March 31, 2022 a successful contractor will conduct a summative review, report and provide feedback, based on the criteria in the Commission’s School Quality Review (SQR) Protocol LaSalle Charter School whose sponsorship has been transferred to MCPSC.  

LaSalle Charter School will transfer to MCPSC on January 1, 2022.  The school serves approximately 100 students in grades 6-8 and is in year 2 of a five year contract.  The information provided by the SQR on operations, finance and academics will be used to provide baseline report for the Commission.
