PURPOSE:
The Missouri Charter Public School Commission is soliciting proposals from individuals/teams experienced working with charter school authorizers to assist the Commission and staff through an evaluation process that will result in a report to MCPSC on its compliance to state standards and to national best practices, along with any necessary modifications to meet state standards and national best practices. This evaluation will be based on Missouri Code of State Regulations 5 CSR 20-100.260 Standards for Charter Sponsorship, the mission, values and beliefs set by the Commission, NACSA’s Principals and Standards, as well as the vendor’s assessment of any additional national best practices.
