INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) : MCPSC PERFORMANCE CONTRACT KEY MEASURES
Missouri Charter Public School Commission sponsors quality charter public schools throughout Missouri, where allowed by statute. The Commission seeks contract service to develop a menu of variables, and their corresponding source data set, to be included in its performance contract with sponsored charter schools, to measure the organizational quality and performance of sponsored charter schools. Charter school applicants will use these key measures when completing their application. The Commission will post these variables on their website to provide access to applicants, other Missouri charter school sponsors and school districts.
The IFB constitutes a request for competitive, sealed bids for the provision of consulting and research services for the development of key indicators for the Commission’s performance contract with sponsored charter schools.
